Skinny Brie Pear Wedges with Prosciutto & Mint

  • 4 oz. Président® Light Brie, thinly sliced
  • 4 tsp Pear Nectar
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
  • 2 tsp Sherry Vinegar
  • 4 tbs Fresh Mint
  • 2 Whole Pears, cut in wedges
  • 4 oz. Prosciutto, sliced


Mix pear nectar, olive oil, and sherry vinegar in a small bowl. Stir in 2 tablespoons of mint. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange pear wedges on plate; drizzle with prepared vinaigrette.

Top with prosciutto and President® Light Brie slices.

Sprinkle with pepper and remaining 1 tablespoons of mint.
