Southwest Steak Salad with Feta

  • 8 oz. Président® Feta Chunk
  • 1 lb. Skirt Steak
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Orange Pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Marinade:
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlice Cloves, chopped
  • Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3 tbs Cilantro, minced
  • 1 tbs Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tbs Chili Powder


1. Whisk all ingredients for the marinade.
2. Place steak in a zippered bag. Pour marinade over steak, close bag and place in the fridge for one-half hour.
3. Remove the steak from the bag.? Grill to the desired doneness and let the meat rest.
4. Grill peppers and onion.
5. Slice the steak thinly and arrange the grilled vegetable alongside.
6. Sprinkle with lime juice, cracked pepper, cilantro, and Président® Feta.
7. Serve with warm naan bread or tortillas.
