Warm Salmon Salad with Feta

  • 6 oz. Président® Crumbled Feta
  • 4 Salmon Filets
  • 2 Pink Grapefruits
  • 4 cups Washed Mixed Greens
  • 1 Fennel Bulbs, thinly sliced
  • Dill
  • 1/2 cup Vinaigrette


1. Pat salmon dry. Brush with olive oil and top with dill and salt.
2. Wrap in parchment paper. Bake 7 minutes in a 350° oven.
3. Cool in parchment. In the meantime, wash greens. Section grapefruit supreme. Slice fennel.
4. Arrange grapefruit supreme, sliced fennel, and greens alongside warm salmon, sprinkle with Président® Feta, dill, and vinaigrette.
