Southwest Steak Salad

Ingredients

  • Président® Crumbled Feta
  • 1 lb. Skirt Steak
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Orange Pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 3 tbs Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3 tbs Cilantro, minced
  • 1 tbs Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tbs Chili Powder
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil

Directions

For Marinade:

1/2 cup Olive Oil
4 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
3 tbs. Lime Juice
1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
3 tbs. Cilantro, Minced
1 tbs. Cumin Powder
1/2 Tbs. Chili Powder

Whisk all ingredients for the marinade. Place steak in a zip lock bag. Pour marinade over steak, close bag and place in the fridge for half hour.
Remove the steak from the bag. Grill to the desired doneness and let the meat rest.

Grilled the peppers and red onions.

Slice the steak thinly and arrange the grilled vegetable alongside.

Sprinkle with lime juice, cracked pepper, cilantro and feta.

Serve with warm naan bread or tortilla.
