Caribbean Crab Salad in Endive Spears

  • Président® Crumbled Feta
  • 1 lb. Fresh Packed Crab
  • 1 cup Grilled Pineapple, diced small pieces
  • 1 Red Pepper, diced small pieces
  • 4 Green Onions, sliced
  • 1 Avocado, diced small pieces
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup Mint, chopped fine
  • 1 tbs Lime Zest
  • Lime Juice
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Belgian Endives, Spears Removed and Washed


Gently toss crab with grilled pineapple, red pepper, green onions, the herbs, lime zest, limejuice, oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon crab mixture in endive spears. Sprinkle with diced avocadoes, and feta.
