Skinny rondelé Crostini with Olive Tapenade and Tomato Salsa

Directions

Tomato salsa: Toss tomatoes, 1 tablespoon oil, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl. Spread tomatoes on parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs. Broil in oven until soft, about 10 minutes.

Cool slightly, peel garlic, and chop tomatoes, garlic, and rosemary leaves. Stir in 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Olive Tapenade: Coarsely chop olives with basil in food processer. Transfer to a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to olives. Season with salt and pepper.

Top crackers with a small amount of rondelé® by Président® Light Garlic & Herbs, olive tapenade, and tomato salsa.
