Skinny rondelé Stuffed Mushrooms with Bay Shrimp

Ingredients

Directions

Combine rondelé® by Président® Light Garlic & Herbs, Bay shrimp, parsley, and sherry.

Spray mushrooms with cooking spray and sauté on hot skillet for 2-3 minutes to heat.

Stuff mushroom caps with cheese mixture.

Broil in oven 5-8 minutes until brown.

Serve right away.
