Skinny Feta and Whole Wheat Pasta with Almonds

  • 1/2 cup Président® Fat Free Feta
  • 1/2 lb. Whole Wheat Pasta
  • 1/3 cup Almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 Red Onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • 2 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard


Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain and rinse under cold water and put in fridge to chill.

In a dry sauté pan, toast almonds over medium-high heat until fragrant. About 2 minutes. Let cool.

In a large bowl toss together chilled pasta, almonds, feta, onion, and spinach.

In a small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, and mustard. Pour dressing over the pasta salad and toss.

Season with salt and pepper.
