Skinny Feta Bell Peppers with Mint

  • 4 oz. Président® Fat Free Feta
  • 1 lb. Bell Peppers, quartered
  • 3 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 tbs Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tbs Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz. Mint, chopped


Preheat grill to high heat.

Toss bell peppers with 2 Tbsp. of olive oil and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill peppers, turning until blistered, about 10 minutes.

Transfer peppers to a bowl and toss with remaining olive oil. Add chopped mint, lemon juice, and top with crumbled feta.
