Skinny Feta & Spinach Pies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Sauté onions and garlic in white wine until cooked through. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.

Drain in colander and transfer to a bowl. Add Président® Fat Free Feta and ricotta to bowl.

Unfold filo dough and spray lightly with cooking spray. Fold sheet in half lengthwise.

Place 4 oz of mixture on bottom corner of sprayed filo dough. Fold bottom edge to opposite side to form triangle. Continue folding flat until you reach the end of the sheet. Trim excess filo dough and lightly spray top and sides of turnover.

Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly brown. Serve with mixed green salad if desired.
