Skinny Feta Asparagus with Balsamic Tomatoes

  • 3 tbs Président® Fat Free Feta, crumbled
  • 1 lb. Asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
  • 1 1/2 cup Grape Tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


Cook asparagus in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 2-3 minutes. Drain.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add tomatoes and garlic and cook 5 minutes. Stir in vinegar and cook an additional 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Place asparagus on a serving dish. Top with balsamic tomatoes and sprinkle with President® Fat Free Feta.
