Skinny Feta Red Bean Salad with Cabbage

  • 1 cup Président® Fat Free Feta
  • 15 oz. Kidney Beans
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbs Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


Rinse kidney beans under cold water. Drain well.

In a large bowl, combine beans, bell pepper, cabbage, onions, and President® Fat Free Feta.

Mix together garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper.

Toss prepared dressing with bean salad.

Garnish with chopped parsley and green onion if desired.
