Skinny Brie, Ham & Apricot Melts

  • 4 oz. Président® Light Brie, thinly sliced
  • 8 Ham Slices
  • 4 tbs Apricot Preserves
  • 2 tbs Dijon Mustard
  • 8 Whole Wheat Bread Slices
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray


Spread 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon apricot preserves onto each sandwich half.

Add 2 slices of ham and 1 ounce of President® Light Brie cheese onto each.

Close sandwich and lightly spray with cooking spray.

Heat grill pan over medium heat. Place cooking spray side down onto pan and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Spray other side with cooking spray and flip, grilling an additional 2-3 minutes.
