- 4 tsp Pear Nectar
- 2 tbs Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
- 2 tsp Sherry Vinegar
- 4 tbs Fresh Mint
- 2 Whole Pears, cut in wedges
- 4 oz. Prosciutto, sliced
Arrange pear wedges on plate; drizzle with prepared vinaigrette.
Top with prosciutto and PresidentÂ® Light Brie slices.
Sprinkle with pepper and remaining 1 tablespoons of mint.
