In a non-stick sauce pan, on medium high heat, brown ground turkey. Drain any excess fat liquid and return to heat. Add all chopped peppers, onions and garlic. Stir occasionally and cook until vegetables are soft. Add canned tomatoes and beans (do not drain) along with one cup of water. Add the chili powder and crushed red pepper. With a grater, shred the mozzarella cheese and set aside. Bring chili to a boil and then reduce heat. With a spoon, gradually add the gourmet spreadable cheese to the chili, stir with a whisk until cheese is melted. Simmer for 45-60 minutes. Serve in a bowl and top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
