Fresh Italian Summer Pasta Salad

  • 8 oz. Galbani® Fresh Mozzarella Ball, diced
  • 12 oz. Tri-Color Rotini Pasta
  • 1 cup Zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives, cut in half
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 medium Red Onion, minced
  • 1 cup Grape Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, minced
  • 1/2 container Italian Salad Dressing
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


1. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
2. Drain and cool the pasta, add all prepared ingredients and dressing.
3. Mix well and put in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
