Flatbread Pesto Pizza

  • 8 oz. Sorrento® Mozzarella, cubed
  • 1 lb. Pizza Dough, thawed
  • 4 tbs Pesto
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Brush pizza crust with pesto and olive oil.
3. Slice tomatoes and add on top of the pizza crust.
4. Place cubed mozzarella on top and drizzle any remaining oil on top of the cheese.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
