Ingredients

Directions

  • Peel and quarter the potatoes, and add to a large pot of water. Cover and boil for 15 minutes.
  • Drain the potatoes and place in a food processor with the milk and rondelé cheese. Blend until smooth
  • Top with scallions, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
