Skinny Pizza with Prosciutto

  • 8 oz. Sorrento® Part Skim Mozzarella
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 4 tbs Sundried Tomato Paste
  • 1 large Thin Pizza Crust
  • 6 slices Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 12 Kalamata Olives, pitted
  • handful Basil, fresh


Heat oven to 400°F. Mix tomato sauce, garlic, and sundried tomato paste in a bowl. Spread sauce over pizza base. Top with cheese. Add prosciutto ham slices between cheese slices. Sprinkle top with olives. Bake for 12 minutes. Top with fresh basil.


By using part skim mozzarella and sliced pepperoni instead of prosciutto, this recipe has 13% less calories and 12% less fat per serving.*
