Preheat the oven to 400°F. Make a 1-inch incision lengthways into the chicken. Spread a teaspoon of sundried tomato paste into each pocket. In a bowl, mix the 2 cheeses. Evenly stuff the cheese mixture in the chicken. Do not overstuff. Wrap 2-3 overlapping slices of ham around each chicken breast. Bake for 25-30 minutes.


By using the fat-free ricotta and part skim mozzarella, this recipe has 15% less calories and 37% less fat per serving.*
