Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain and set aside. Heat milk in a large pot on low heat. Whisk in flour, about 2 minutes, until mixture starts to thicken. Whisk in two cheeses until they are melted, around 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta, toss, and serve.


By using the fat-free ricotta and part skim mozzarella, this recipe has 7% less calories and 36% less fat per serving.*
