Scrambled Eggs with Ricotta, Cheddar and Chives

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tbs Butter
  • 2 tbs Sorrento® Ricotta
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 2 tbs Fresh Chives
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


Beat together eggs, ricotta, salt and pepper with fork. Heat butter in frying pan, medium heat. Add eggs, stirring occasionally until they start to set. Stir in cheddar cheese and chives. Cook until slightly dry.
