Penne Pasta with Ricotta

  • 1 pack Penne Pasta
  • 26 oz. Spaghetti Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Sorrento® Ricotta
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan (Grated)


Preheat oven to 375° F. Boil pasta until tender, drain well. Add spaghetti sauce and stir in ricotta and Parmesan cheeses. Transfer to baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
