No matter what you're making, make it delicious with great cheese
- 1 box Lasagna Noodles, cooked al dente
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 30 oz. Sorrento® Ricotta
- 1/2 cup Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup Fresh Curly Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Basil, chopped
- 30 oz. Spaghetti Sauce
- 4 cups Sorrento® Mozzarella
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Use a 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish. Cook pasta as directed, cool, and set aside. Brown the ground beef, drain any excess grease and set aside. In a bowl mix ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, and basil. Put a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking pan.
Lay 4 pasta noodles, spread 1/2 the ricotta mixture on the pasta, spread 1/2 the ground beef mixture, layer 1/2 mozzarella cheese, repeat layers to the top, finish with 4 pasta noodles, cover with tomato sauce and mozzarella. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until heated throughout. Remove from oven. Let lasagna stand 10 minutes before serving.
