No matter what you're making, make it delicious with great cheese
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 4 tbs Olive Oil
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 14 1/2 oz. Italian-Seasoned Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Sorrento® Mozzarella, shredded
- 1/3 cup Parmesan (Grated)
- 1/3 cup Romano, grated
- Ground Black Pepper
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken with powders, salt and pepper. Heat oil over medium-high heat in an oven-safe pan. When pan is hot, add chicken and sauté 2 minutes each side. Remove chicken. Sauté onions in pan for 4 min. Add tomatoes and broth and cook 8 min. to blend flavors. Place reserved chicken in pan, stir to combine. Mix cheeses together and sprinkle over chicken. Bake about 15 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
