Mediterranean Pita Crisps
- 6 Pitas
- 6 oz. Président® Feta
- 1 pt. Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup Kalamata Olives, chopped
- 1 bunch of Basil, fresh
- 2 tbs Olive Oil
Brush pitas with olive oil, cut in wedges and bake until slightly crisp. Once the wedges are cool, spread with Président® Feta Spreadable. Top with halved grape tomatoes, chopped kalamata olives, a few basil leaves and a splash of olive oil.
