Mediterranean Pita Crisps

  • 6 oz. Président® Feta
  • 1 pt. Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives, chopped
  • 1 bunch of Basil, fresh
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil


Brush pitas with olive oil, cut in wedges and bake until slightly crisp. Once the wedges are cool, spread with Président® Feta Spreadable. Top with halved grape tomatoes, chopped kalamata olives, a few basil leaves and a splash of olive oil.
