No matter what you're making, make it delicious with great cheese
- 12 in Pizza Crust, pre-baked
- 1 cup Sorrento® Ricotta
- 12 oz. Sorrento® Mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup Pesto
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In mixing bowl combine Ricotta with Italian seasoning. Spread pesto over pizza crust and then spread with ricotta mixture. Top with mozzarella slices. Place pizza on baking sheet and bake for 18 -20 minutes or until cheese begins to brown. Optional: May omit pesto and top with ricotta mixture with chopped broccoli, red bell peppers or any combination of vegetables purchased from salad bar. Top all with mozzarella slices.
