Pesto Chicken Pizza
- 8 oz. Chicken Breast, cooked
- 12 in Thin Pizza Crust, pre-baked
- 1/4 cup Pesto, prepared
- 8 oz. Sorrento® Mozzarella, sliced
Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread the pizza crust with the pesto. Sprinkle with chicken and top with Mozzarella slices. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
