Fresh Mozzarella with Roasted Asparagus Spears and Parmesan

  • 8 oz. Sorrento® Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 lb. Asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tbs Olive Oil
  • 2 tbs Parmesan (Grated)
  • pinch Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss asparagus in oil, salt and pepper. Place in roasting pan, with spears facing in the same direction. Roast in over for 10 min. Take pan from oven and arrange fresh mozzarella oven asparagus. Sprinkle with parmesan and return to oven for 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
